Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, and return shipping is free.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received them, with original tags attached.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Go to your orders and sign in with the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a 6-digit code, so no password is needed. You can also use the "Start a Return or Exchange" link in the footer of every page.
  2. Open your order and choose Request return.
  3. Select the item(s) and a reason.
  4. Want an exchange instead of a refund? In the note, tell us the size or color you'd like (for example, "Exchange for size M"). We'll send the new item once your exchange is approved.

We review every request, usually within 1–2 business days. Once it's approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request can't be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color of the same item are free. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll let you know and refund you instead. For a different product altogether, request a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Final sale and non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, and food or other perishable goods are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Final sale items won't be selectable when you request a return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, request a return with the matching reason or contact us right away, and we'll make it right.
