Free return shipping. Return shipping is free on every US order. We send you a prepaid label, so there is no return shipping charge, no restocking fee, and nothing deducted from your refund.
30 days from delivery. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
Unworn, unwashed, with tags. Exactly as you received it.
How to start one: Email CustomerService@outdoer.com. We'll email your prepaid shipping label back within one business day. Print it, stick it on the package, drop it with the carrier.
Refund timeline: Refund issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchanges. We can exchange for a different size or color if stock is available.
